I had a great experience signing up with Reach. The customer service was very helpful, and walked me through the solution. I was up and running with an activated SIM with hardly any wait.

I'm still a bit in shock from all the positives I am experiencing with Reach in comparison to the frustrations of Verizon. Reach is a company that asks how my activation went, has Customer Success Reps (love that position title), and provides an opportunity for me to play a small role in helping others through their Give Back program. My activation went very smoothly from the Reach end but trying to get an account number and the "right" password (they have different ones for online, phone, and line transfer) from Verizon was difficult. I'm extremely happy to be a Reach customer.

I’m so relieved to be free from Verizon! They HIDE themselves from their customers. REACH is available with REAL PEOPLE by chat, e-mail, text or phone. Don’t ever change, Reach. Technology alone is not enough. Your AUTHENTIC person-to-person customer service makes a HUGE difference!! Verizon can’t touch you!
