RDM Industrial Products, Inc.Reviews of rdm-ind.com

The tables we received (15 in total), are great and exactly what we wanted. When our site needs more tables, we will definitely be ordering them from RDM again.

Exactly what we ordered. Would definitely do business with them again. Very easy to work with and very flexible to our needs.

The customer service was very good and from what I hear from the customer, they are happy with the product. However, getting the product to us in the time we were originally promised did not happen. Several shipment delays happened which caused some frustration from the customer.

5 Stars because RDM earned it. Excellent service from quote to delivery. Quality product, thanks RDM

Every one in CS was great, with a quick turn-a-round on all the changes made prior to ordering. End user loves the product.

Price was great; product even better. We're very happy with our purchases.

Straightforward process: getting a quote, discussing the options, and the decision making went all well. Shipping and delivering without hassles. Good product. In summary: all good, to be recommended.
