The proxy quality is terrible; connecting to all websites is very slow. The customer support team was almost completely ineffective throughout the month I rented the proxy. From the time I purchased it until the expiration date, I couldn't use it and received no helpful support or resolution regarding the proxy quality issue!

Thanks for sharing your feedback — we’re really sorry to hear about your experience. What you described definitely isn’t the standard we aim to provide, both in terms of proxy performance and support. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to take another look at this and understand what went wrong. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us at [email protected] with more details (or reference your previous ticket), and we’ll prioritize a proper investigation and work toward a resolution. We take feedback like this seriously and are continuously working to improve both reliability and customer support.

The proxy speed was very slow, and when asked to check and resolve the issue, they only responded irresponsibly that their proxy was working normally, even though it was very weak and unusable.
Response from rayobyte.com· Mar 2, 2026
Hi Hoàng Long — thank you for the feedback, and I’m sorry to hear the proxies felt too slow to be usable. Proxy speed can vary depending on several factors (for example: the specific website you’re connecting to, your local network and routing, the proxy location/type, concurrency/threads, and your tool or configuration settings). That said, we definitely want to help you get the best possible results. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with a few details (proxy type/location, the tool you’re using, approximate thread count, and a couple of timestamps/tests), and we’ll walk you through the best configuration and troubleshooting steps to improve performance.
