My son purchased a electric bike I sent a text on the 7 of the month it was never stop it came to my house on the 16 I refused it but I have yet to get my money seems a bit Ridiculous do believe I report this to the attorney general office if I don’t see my money real soon

It's very good bike for this price. It has everything a bike should have. Big tires, hydraulic brakes and seat suspension. Engine very nicely supported cycling. A solidly made bike is a product that will last for years.

Très mauvais service après vente…ma réclamation n’a eu aucun effet..! Surtout n’ayez pas problème à la réception de votre colis.. il faut tout regarder et serrer les visses de vos disques freins… très mécontents…!!!

Das Rattan LM Ultra ist ein fantastisches E-Bike – sehr stark, stabil und bequem zu fahren. Der Kundenservice ist ebenfalls hervorragend und hat mir bei Fragen sofort geholfen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Non avendo mai avuto una bici elettrica non sapevamo come fare un acquisto, abbiamo iniziato a navigare et voilà! La bici...che non sembra una bici! Subito ne abbiamo comprata 1...poi a distanza di una settimana l'altra. Mio marito ha avuto un problema con il display della sua...e anche l'assistenza è stata ottima. Noi siamo alti 1,68 e 1.74 e x noi va bene. CONSIGLIATA!
