Order placed a week ago, still not shipped. Merchant was able to get to me very fast, updated on the status of the order, thank you.

Please, please, please give me a UPS Ground Shipping option. My order shipped via USPS. The package left your facility and was sent to Dallas, then to Memphis, then to Raleigh, then back to Dallas, then back to Memphis, and then back to Raleigh. The package is supposed to be delivered today, a week late, we'll see if I get it. Order #18605

fast shipping

Product was as advertised. Works great!!

Item shipped quickly and arrived undamaged. Thank you

Have not tried all of the bat's yet, working good so far.

Shipping delays, but they arrived and seem fine. Packaging was minimal and seems to have gotten destroyed and re-taped multiple times, perhaps causing the delays. Batteries installed just fine and appear to be functional at this point.

The product was a perfect replacement. The only thing I would have liked is an easier way to track and it not be 2 days late. Other than that very satisfied
