Poor customer support. I’ve been experiencing a clear technical issue on Railway. I provided detailed, step-by-step explanations and timings, but the support team repeatedly failed to understand the problem or provide any meaningful assistance. This lack of technical comprehension and problem-solving makes the service unreliable for serious projects.

Subscribed to their hobby plan but it is still not updating the plan from free to hobby Receipt number: 2910-4786

not possible to add a VAT or tax ID during the signup. The support is unexistent.

I used Railway to deploy my Django web app, the experience was Amazing !

من اسوء المواقع، وعانيت معهم وخصوصا من حيث الدعم، يمكنك الانتظار اايوم كاملا دون الخصول على المساعدة وموقعك سيظل معطل وهنا ستعاني نفسيا وماديا. انصح بشدة بعدم التعامل معهم، الى الان لم يقوموا بإرجاع مالي الذي اخدوم بسبب عطل في موقعهم ولا الاهم غي الامر انا موقع غير شغال. Railway ===> Runaway

Serious lack of support.

Unreliable, their proxies always have problem and their platforms get down many times. Their support lie that there's no problem as well. Amazing UI and service, but its not reliable for real projects at all.
