I paid $2500 for the Dollar Ace trading strategy. However, I could never get in on the trades before they moved, so therefore I never made any money. I called and requested a cancellation. They said they couldn't give me my money back but would put me into some other services. I tried Weekend Wiretaps and Trade with Kyle. For some reason the trades I did always lost money. I had a small account to start with and now it is even smaller. I have tried multiple times to get my money back without success. However, I saw on the BBB site that customers have received refunds, so I don't understand why I can't be one of them.

Sheldon, Thank you for getting back to us with more information. We're sorry you feel this way. We have tens of thousands of paying subscribers and most of a happy with our services. At the end of the day, we are an education service. Not advisors. We teach traders strategies and we recommend that all traders start with paper trading before investing any money they are willing to lose. There is no magic shield in the stock market. Our traders teach strategies they've refined over the years that work for them (and thousands of their subscribers). But that doesn't mean you're never going to lose with any strategy. We're very transparent with our results, even when our traders lose.Regardless we're gladly here to talk with you and help you get back on the right track. We don't want any of our subscribers unhappy. I would be happy to help you resolve your issues. Please be on the lookout for an email from me.

I've read the information and watched the videos. I am so embarrassed to say I paid over$1000 for 3 services. I like many people who are targeted have some extra money but not a lot. I invested $3000.00 and it seemed I got on with every losing trade these guys made. It's not their fault but it's very disappointing to lose that much money. If you can't afford to loose money don't invest it. The stock market makes money from "dumb money" a term you will learn that refers to inexperienced traders. If you don't understand everything you will lose. This is no easy fix to your money problems, it's just like playing the lottery. I don't mean any harm but I don't think these guys understand how poor some of us are. They recommend paper trading (no money) but if you can only afford the service they offer for a brief time what do you do? If I could do everything over I would have kept my $3000. Sorry guys I tried and I learned that I can't trade, I'm out of the game.

Update: June 8, 2021, After testing the revamped Raging Bull Service since they came back online, I would now recommend this company since the compliance plan seems to be working. They now have what I consider to be a legit service with education & strategies and w/o the obnoxious & unwarranted extracurriculars. Make sure you have your trading plan and stick to it. I have to give credit where credit's due, it's a better service now. Why do you think Raging Bull has customers who have dedicated social media pages on Facebook and others bashing & detailing the same horrible experience? Classic oversell & underdeliver. The only task they seem to be good at is inundating you with slick and clever videos to make it appear they have nothing but huge gains but in reality that's far from the truth as when you receive an alert, the move has already happened or it's another loser. They will constantly harass you to keep buying more and more services. IMO there business plan is greed.Big waste of money.. when you contact customer service and call them out on all their bold claims, they tell you this is just for educational purposes only. Update: I sent Raging Bull my information via the TrustPilot email I received confirming I am a paid customer of Raging Bull and I have credit card statements that I could also upload if necessary. I'm now considering filing a complaint with the state of Florida Consumer Protection Division for false and misleading advertising and the FTC. Yesterday alone I received about a dozen unsolicited marketing emails trying to sell additional services and when you attempt to unsubscribe, you don't receive the alert emails that you paid for, even though those alert emails are mostly useless. As of today, 10/27/20, I'm still receiving the marketing emails. I'm waiting for their cookie cutter response to this review.

Rob, This an update to my previous replies. I have taken the liberty to remove you from any marketing emails you might be receiving. I have even gone so far as to add you to our global suppressant list. Every time you have updated this review I have gone in an RE-opted you out of our emails. Please allow for 48 hrs for this to take full effect. If you continue to receive emails that are not alert emails, please forward them to the email I have been trying to correspond with you at. I still have not received any confirmation from you that you have received those emails or even a reply. Now in terms of our services, we encourage you to review our education and use it to better hone your own trading style. We do not encourage you to follow our trades. Our traders teach strategies they've refined over the years that work for them (and thousands of their students). But that doesn't mean you're never going to lose with any strategy. We're very transparent with our results, even when our traders lose.Regardless we're gladly here to talk with you and help you get back on the right track. We don't want any of our students unhappy. Please reach out to us at [email protected] or call us at 833-265-1270.

The customer service so far has been great for 2 months supporting and guiding me on which is the best service I can pay for. The complimentary information when buying a service is also very good and the recommendations bring great opportunities.

I had the unfortunate experience of spending thousands of dollars for their service. I immediately knew this service was not for me and did not live up to their marketing claims. I attempted a ful refund, emailed numerous times and asked to speak to a supervisor which NEVER happened. I'm shocked in this day of customer service that they act so poorly. In my opinion this company swindles and scams people out of money.

I purchased their services and only lost money They are a high pressure sales organisation, continually pushing you to buy the next level product. The education is of poor quality and consists mostly of outdated webinars that have been oddly clutterd together to form "an educational series". They promises the world with their service, but are unable to live up to the promise. In there reply they state that they are an Educational service, but in the end of the day, they also provide buy and sell signals. Following their signals has cost me money. The education is not worth it!! The honorable thing would have been to give a refund as the services do not work for me and do not provide any type of solution/ meaningfull education. Now I have paid for another 10 months of subscriptions that are not being used. What a waste that is.....

Hey Peet, We're sorry you feel this way. We have tens of thousands of paying students and most of a happy with our services. It seems like you purchased 5 different services from us. I'm not sure what you mean by outdated webinars. That's not how we come up with our education suites. Sometimes we do post recordings of live trainings we do for members. That is by request of the other members. At the end of the day, we are an education service. Not advisors. We teach traders strategies and we recommend that all traders start with paper trading before investing any money they are willing to lose. There is no magic shield in the stock market. We send out alerts when our traders make trades to offer full transparency into their strategy. We do not suggest anywhere that you blindly follow them.
