I have been using their services for many years, so I have a lot of experience. What to say? High reliability, they quickly respond to tickets, gigabits of bandwidth available. General quality and uptime are the two things which I most appreciate. Give them a chance, it's worth it!

I've been a customer of RackNerd for a few years now and have been nothing but happy with them. As far as I am aware, I have never experienced a service interruption. Despite using a small vps, RackNerd has treated me as a first class customer with fast response times on tickets. I signed up at a promotional rate and they have never reneged on it. They even bumped up my monthly egress for free at one point. About once or twice a year, I've had some form of contact (strictly by email) from someone at RackNerd, usually inquiring as to how they are doing. I'm really happy with the quality of service I've received, and I hope that I can continue to use RackNerd for many years to come.

I have been using RackNerd for several years now. The friendly, knowledgeable support team responds and resolves issues quickly. The service has incredible uptime and is reasonably priced. My experience with the company has been great. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a great hosting company.

just a heads up to those who are planning to get a VPS from them. They would abruptly cancel your VPS service just due to certain issues without any warning which could cost you all your data and files from your VPS! They canceled my subcription awhile ago because my payment method was flagged as a "red flag" they said, and haven't yet fully recieved my refund for a week until now. Their billing department is also kinda rude when you try to submit a ticket to them.

Hi Dan -- this doesn't sound like the norm, we wouldn't ever abruptly cancel/terminate anyone's VPS, and even *if* there were red flags in your payment, we'd first contact you to attempt to resolve, followed by a suspension if there is no response for a reasonable period. In no case is it ever an immediate termination/cancellation. A suspension and termination are two very different things, as a suspension can be lifted in a matter of seconds. Stable service with affordable pricing. I have a vps service from them since January 2021 from their flash deals and it's pretty rock solid. Their support is also quick. They respond within an hour and sometimes in less than 10 mins.
