Great product, great value
We bought a small rack for our sales office servers and we were very impressed not only with the price but the extremely high quality of the rack.

Really depends on the products and which warehouse they're coming from, but we do our best to keep the shipping reasonable. Unfortunately shipping carriers are making it more and more difficult each year, but rest assured it's a focus for us.

Great pricing, good service, but only fair communications
They had exactly the right product for my needs. The pricing was excellent, and they were wonderful on the phone. Unfortunately the communications on shipping delays was not good. I had to call them repeatedly to find out when it was shipping. They did not call me.

Simple and Effective
I bought the Kendall Howard 1915-3-001-12 - 12u Hanging Wall Mount Rack. Good template and easy to hang. You went a little thick with the powder coat on the threads. I ruined 2 screw driver bits trying to get the screws to thread. Include at least one screw for comparison at a hardware store, or at least the exact size of the screws needed. That was a pain in the butt.
