I literally just opened an account so my review is based solely on the sign- up process. Everything was very easy and straightforward during the application. The only part of that process that bothered me was when they recommended that I give my primary bank's log-in information so that transfers can be done more easily, which I would not recommend to anyone in this day and age. Other than that everything was straightforward and logical. My primary complaint right now is the lack of an option for biometric log-in from within the actual mobile app itself. The only way to set this up currently is by manually adding the app and account to your phone's biometric support app within the operating system. That is not a straightforward process for most folks, and it may not work at all if there's an issue with your phone's manufacturer software. However, the website offers the same functionality (except for push notifications) and that's what I use. Overall not a deal-breaker... just an annoyance that I hope will be addressed eventually.

The experience working with the Miami-based Quontic team was A+ from start to finish. I absolutely appreciated the respectful, clear communication and information requests, as well as the timely follow up to any of my questions. We worked with Quontic to secure funding for an investment property, and will definitely work with them again should we purchase additional property or refinance our primary residence.

I am getting conflicting info. Does Quontic impose any dollar limits on ACH transfers to or from a Quontic MMA which are initiated from a third party financial institution? I hope Quontic rep can clarify.

Thank you, Jim, for reaching out. Quontic does not have limits set for transfers initiated by another, third-party, financial institution. The limits you would encounter in that scenario would be those set by the third-party institution. However, if an external transfer is initiated by Quontic, then the limits would be $2,000 per day and $10,000 per month. I'm new to Quontic, but I'm quite impressed with my experience so far. I was having trouble logging in and called the help line. The person who helped was friendly and found my problem in about 2 minutes. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the response. Now I'm in the process of moving money from my other accounts to Quontic to take advantage of their interest rate. I'm definitely a happy customer.
