The product we bought liked the model, very nice and elegant, good price and fast shipping, the problem that arose was quickly addressed and solved, that is very satisfactory for one as a customer, for which I am very grateful.

Nice product for the price. I bought 10X9x8 greenhouse and was able to set it up by myself in 30 minutes. One part was damaged and the customer service helped me get a replacement part a few days later. This greenhouse also came with aWhite PE cover which was hard to find elsewhere. I would buy from them again thanks.

Don't buy this item. The instructions you can't follow. The pictures don't accurately reflect production procedures for assembly. Their are six instructions with items not identified where parts go clearly. Too much work to figure out on your own. Get another product. I quit on this one.

I cannot begin to express how satisfied i am with this company and their product. We keep our canopy out all year to protect our kids playhouse and not only does it do its job well but it has lasted strong through all elements. When we did have an issue due to strong winds damaging part of it the company was very quick to help with getting spare parts to put it back together. Cherry was especially helpful and i would buy from this company again any time.

We bought the 10X10 QuicTent garage and it's been a hassle from start to finish, and I still don't know if I've got the tension devices set right because there's no instruction manual to refer to. Also, a couple of the holes in the connecting support poles were drilled wrong and it took too long adjust that, and the parts diagram drawing is badly proportioned so that it was easy to begin assembling the frame wrong up to the point where it became obvious there was a problem and then taking way too long to get it figured out. And, yeah, I know there's a video on YouTube but it was nearly as useless as the badly drawn parts diagram. Bottom line is the lesson I've learned from this is to never buy anything from these people again. To all of you who have and are just getting started putting it together ... good luck.

Great product and good customer service. I accidiently melted a side with a grill and they worked with me to obtain a replacement for the damaged side.

I ordered the 10x20 greenhouse and had a problem with my cover not fitting right I contacted customer service through email and received a response the next morning after sending in a few photos they send a new cover and also a connector that was misshapen. I am so pleased with this company they really want the customer to be happy.
