We had a mix up regarding the subscription, I will add that this was not Quick Tutor’s error but mine. They dealt with the issue quickly and resolved it to my satisfaction 😊.

Scam. Check on here for quicktutor.com reviews too. You get auto subscribed too somehow , and all emails go to junk email. Very strange. Raised with the bank to claim this money back as £22.50 per month without my knowledge is fraud!

This is a scam. After QuickTutor announced my account was up for renewal at £22.50 per month I wrote saying I had never started a subscription. They sent me a trouble ticket saying my “renewal” had been cancelled. Imagine my surprise when I was debited £22:50 this morning. You cannot cancel by accessing the “click here” here button under faq- it doesn’t work of course. Try calling them? No response yesterday after 3 minutes or today after 5 minutes. So I have escalated with my bank and Apple.

Please be aware that you only get a two day trial which is not clear before you click the link. As with other reviews many UK customers also had £22.50 withdrawn from their bank. I emailed the company complaining stating it should be made clearer and I have now had a refund. They now want me to write a favourable review!!!! I did report to Action Fraud UK about the lack of transparency in my opinions also why do they have a contact number in the Netherlands, registered in Cyprus, Zip/Post Code in another area than what is stated. No warning that you enter into a binding subscription after a two day trial as soon as you press on the link for a free download. If they want a nice review they have to do better to win me over !!!!! Read all the other UK reviews. 63% gave one star!!!!

I was looking for a free test. This cost 1p, which I was happy about …but then it turned to £22.50 without my consent. I contacted them and was refunded without an argument.
