I’ve had to contact quarq several times with questions regarding my meter. The service is excellent. They always answer right away and are eager to help. The last time I called, I spoke with Ben and he was very patient with me and we got my problem resolved.

I love my quark power meter spider for specialized cranks. Just a small thing but I wish there was an app for iPhones to talk to the unit for software upgrades and to zero offset the unit etc instead of just android phones having the app. Otherwise it's a great power meter. 👍
