Your support people think through the issue and offer solutions outside the box. I ran into an issue with two Factor Authorization and they were key in solving it.

They resolved my issue quickly and they provided the details of what they had to do and the time it would take to complete. I am impressed by the customer service provided. Thanks!

So far, the setup process has been smooth and the server is working well. The customer support team quickly helped me apply a promotional discount to my account without any hassle. I haven't executed active trades on it yet, but the remote desktop connection and initial platform access have been solid so far.

Quick response and resolution.
