Back Trouble, Shop IKEA
The bed we bought gave both my wife and I back problems. We've since purchased a mattress from IKEA and haven't had any of the issues. Not worth the price, even though we typically prefer to buy American made.

Hi, Dustin. We are very sorry to hear that you are not enjoying your mattress, which you purchased 3 years ago according to my records. We do have a sleep trial as well as a warranty, and we encourage you to contact us if you're having issues. I do not show that you've called us to make us aware of your issues. I will say that the mattress you purchased is a base-level mattress that we usually recommend for children or guest rooms. You may want to try something out that has more support for your back. Give us a call if you'd like to swing by the shop!
