Quality imprint is very efficient on turn around time for art work and my account manager is very attentive and always gets back to me right away. I have been using this company for a few years now and enjoy working with them. Prices are always good and I am a happy customer!

I called up last min and spoke with Rachel. She sat there on the phone with me for about an hour maybe more. We discussed in detail and reviewed several times my purchase. She was there for me every step of the way. I needed my order within two days. Not only did my order arrive, the product was exactly the way I described but Rachel called several times to check on the arrival of the order and to see how I like it. I deal with people all day long and many times it involves customer service. In all the years If I had to describe this experience Rachel was one of a kind!!!! She was absolutely fantastic. Five stars just isn't enough. My only question is....does the owner of the company know what a rare gem of an employee he/she has? I am a business owner and I can tell you that is really really hard to find. Thumbs up service, product and experience!!!!!!!!!!!

I needed trade show giveaways in a hurry at a good price and Quality Imprints did an amazing job! They found what I needed even though they were out of stock and delivered immediately. They were very patient with customizing my company logo until everything was perfect. Great job!
