Expensive For the amount that you get, in fact, the package to get rid of moisture in the bottle was as big as the contents they're saying to take 4 scoops a day. In some instances, you wouldn't have enough for a week.That's way too expensive.Not enough product. I do, however, like the product and how it mixes with water.\nAnd I will have to say I did feel a difference , thanks again

CSR: Allison was very helpful in regards to my account. I had two email addresses which I was unaware of. Sadly, I was charged for two orders. I requested a refund but as of this email, I do not see this was done. I was hoping the Company saw this and would have honored my request as they did not pick up on this until I sent a support email regarding this. I did have supporting email showing I had cancelled so a refund should have been honored. I had cancelled because I had so many vials coming monthly, at least a 6 month supply on hand! *Update: I contacted the Company CSR Allison she was very understanding and assisted me with the refund. Happy Customer!

Qualia is very responsive with your concerns. They also have no problem refunding money and cancellation of membership. They do not play games when trying to get your money back.
