Received a speaker switch box which had a free microphone if you registered the purchase on line. Registered the unit online but NEVER RECEIVED THE MICROPHONE. Contacted them online on their website about this AND THEY NEVER RETURNED MY MESSAGE. Contacted them by telephone and received a voice message it was after hours EVEN THOUGH it was before 5:00 Eastern Time. Called them now at 2:00 PM and went through the message system only to be to,d ultimately that the voice mail box was not working as they UPGRADED THEIR SYSTEM! Such is the lack of caring if this company. Done with this lousy scam company.

Purchased directly from Pyle. Received the item and can't get it to work correctly with my home theater system. Have tried for days to get any response. Finally asked to return this since I have had it less than 2 weeks because apparently it's defective. Still absolutely no response! Save your money and purchase your equipment from a company that wants your business now AND IN THE FUTURE! Looks like I purchased another piece of garbage that probably won't even work as a boat anchor!

Never got it. Estimated delivery was March 30th. Here it is April 1st and no package. Enthusiasm gone.
