Just brought the speaker I enjoy it but don't like that my remote doesn't work

I received the part I needed in a reasonable amount of time and I installed it with little effort. the crew at Pyle Audio were very accommodating and helpful. I would do business with them again without hesitation.

I didn't like how was the customer service at first cuz I reported that device was detected and you just made me go to Circle and took them about almost a month to replace the product and now the product is still acting the same so I don't know what's wrong with you guys product is probably the microphone cuz this time the cable is not working so I got to buy me a new cable wire
