Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. While the store initially targeted kids, adults progressively became the main customers of the store as they do were looking to satisfy their quest for creativity. After all, creators have no age! Craft Hub is now present on three continents and is serving hundreds of creative seekers per day. We put our customers first and continuously create ways to please them with new products and new concepts.

I ordered 3 puzzles weeks ago. Never received the puzzles. Never received a confirmation email, a tracking number or anything. Sent emails twice never received a response. Very disappointed. It's ridiculous to cheat people out of money but it's made worse by cheating people at Christmas.

I ordered a puzzle from PuzzleUp as a gift for someone. The puzzle didn’t arrive after a couple of weeks. PuzzleUp immediately provided me with a tracking number. USPS Tracking informed me that USPS lost the package. PuzzleUp was very apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault. They immediately refunded my payment. 1. The puzzles are of excellent quality (artistically, print quality, durability, fit.) 2. The smaller puzzles (A5) make great little gifts for my cat & bird loving friends and the animals, dragons, et al made great stocking stuffers for grandchildren. 3. Shipping has been prompt and reliable. 4. Customer service has been excellent. I would say “over the top.” Today I submitted an order with wrong address. Quickly sent an email with correct address (1500 miles apart) and my order number. I received a response within 2-3 minutes—not 2-3 hours or days or not at all. The address had already been submitted for updating and a confirming email would follow. The follow-up confirmation arrived as promised in about an hour. That kind of response is rare these days, over the phone or even face-to-face. On the web, it is unimaginable but it happened! I can only hope a successor can take over this business, run it as well, and expand its offerings. J. Wade

I have purchased 5 of these amazing puzzles over the last year and a half, they are so beautiful and I now prefer them to regular jigsaws. The variety available is remarkable. Very bright and colourful, very intricate and extremely absorbing, my grandchildren even love them. It’s sad the owner has to close so I will get more whilst I still can.
