Very very difficult to log on ,sends you round in circles,I will migrate to a more user friendly provider

It appears that many customers of the Pure Planet energy company have been posting reviews here. This is a different and unrelated company (see website address).

We have been with Pure planet now for approx 12 months. The initial switch was very easy, have had no problems with billing and after 12 months am still happy with my provider. Pure Planet has a non existant consumer support. I have lost hours trying to get it touch with them but even their robot does not reply to me. I have been charged more than my consumption and Pure Planet is about to debit my bank account again, increasing the overpayment. No response from anyone on their « help » menu. I guess they programmed the robot to remain inactive when it’s about them reimbursing money. Not a company I would recomend to anyone.
