Sleek Products
The products we have ordered are all light weight and have a modern, simple line and finish. Very Nice. The delivery time is OK compared to past experience receiving containers.

delivery was a terrible experience
delivery was a terrible experience. I had to help move the furniture myself even after paying for delivery.

We apologize for the delivery experience. Our standard shipping is curbside delivery only, but we did add inside delivery to your order per your request. We have discussed the issues with the shipping company and will not hire them in the future for white glove or inside delivery services. Fast Delivery, but no email communications on order status received
Was just starting to wonder what was going on when the product showed up. Standard these days is to over communicate order status/progress. Only email received was for this survey. Update - Company provided evidence of emails being sent, there must of been an email server problem (not in junk folder). Bumping from three to four stars. Would buy again from Pure Modern.....

We reviewed your order and you were actually sent 1 order confirmation email and 3 shipping status emails from [email protected].
