Very nice place, it's very clean

When the switch of ownership took place I was charged for insurance with out notice. When I called to inquire, the person was not helpful and told me that I received a notice to opt out and that I should have sent that back and I would not have been charged. I explained that I had not received anything. Since than I have made multiple calls to get my extra money back they charged for insurance. Every time I call the same person tells me, "I have to email corporate and I will get back to you". Never have heard back from anyone. I was able to get them to take the insurance off but never received anything about the $3.

Nobody's Perfect !

Purely Storage is very clean and well kept, the surrounding walls of the storage facility make me feel comfortable leaving my possessions in their care. One of the best storage facilities in the area.

The worst place to store your things. They have no class and leave horrible messages on your voicemail. There units leak and when you call them to let them know, there answers is oh well put a claim in.
