Products i received
Products i received, mostly Kratos, is always good. The shipping is the only thing I've ever had problems with. Mainly getting my stuff shipped out on time or receiving things in less than 5 days.

Last order didn't go so well
Last order didn't go so well. Customer service kind of rude. Just not going to purchase anything from them any more. Their are plenty of other choices out there.

Great product, poor packaging
The product has been enjoyable in prior experience. I haven’t tried my most recent shipment. The three stars given today are due to the condition in which my package arrived. One container was entirely open and the contents were loose in the envelope, resulting in bent and damaged pre-rolls. I would expect more care given in the packaging, considering the price and that the containers are made of glass. Love the product, perhaps should have been bubble wrapped and UPS should have handled it more carefully.
