I suffer from extreme migraines and as I have Hashimotos, thus I have to take care with painkillers etc, not really an option to relieve my pain. After a few days of intense headaches, one week on Purblack, I am feeling energized, no headaches and I look forward to using it daily. I stir mine for a few minutes in room temperature water and drink it straight up. Took me two days to get used to the taste and now I love it! Highly recommended!
