Love pumpkin and love the fact that they pay to keep your pet Happy and Healthier, and They pay very fast!

It almost a month to get approval for dental surgery. We believe the approval amounts are fair but wish we could have gotten it sooner.

It took a little while to get reimbursed which is fine . My dog Nash had an illness and was treated at an animal hospital and then at his veterinarian as a follow up for the same illness I got reimbursed for the animal hospital visit but never got anything from the vet visit which was included in the same claim . It cost about $400 for the meds and vet visit .

Our new pup Argo had a routine exam. I’ll I had to do was send a pic of our receipt and Pumpkin promptly covered the cost. We’re very satisfied.
