We bought 2 bikes, Samoa, and beagle. We have thoroughly enjoyed these bikes based on the quality and their performance. The customer service is second to none, whenever you call they help you out and send you the parts you need if you need anything. We get lots of compliments when we take the bikes out on rides people really like the way they look.

Puckipuppy returned my call within an hour. I broke two parts on my bike (no fault of Puckipuppy), and Puckipuppy offered to quickly replace those parts. My daughter also has a Puckipuppy bike, and we have enjoyed riding these bikes since we bought them at the start of the year. We are looking forward to using them during hunting season!

This is a real review! They forgot an accessory on my order that was out of stock. The customer service they have is unlike any I have ever dealt with. Gives me confidence should anything happen to my bike, which is awesome. I love it. My 6’5” built frame goes 27 mph with out paddling. Thanks you guys!!!

No trouble putting it together. It has a smooth ride with the 4 inch fat tires.

Puckipuppy customer service is wonderful! I received my two Boxer STs and bike rack last Friday. We out the bikes together and realized that the bike rack would not hold our two bikes as they were both walk through and the rack only came with one support bar. I emailed customer support on Friday and they immediacy responded to my Email and they are sending an additional support bar at no charge so we can carry the two bikes. I highly recommend this company!

First of all I love my Labrador model. I use it for my commute to work daily which is back country roads. Its about 6 miles up and down some decent hills. It holds a great speed up hills even without pedaling. Second, I have a single track trail system behind my house in Butler PA. The Labrador is approved by it ratings. I so love getting out in the woods. The adjustable pedal assist makes it great for those trails. Third, I unfortunately did have an electric problem that was my own fault when washing. Too much pressure. Puckipuppy's support got me fixed up right away. The color coded plugs and easy connectors was an easy fix. Thank you so much. Im actually scouting for my next bike to purchase from this company. God bless your staff and thank you for everything. I wish I could get a Go Pro to show what all I get into.

Their bikes are easy to put together and well made. The bikes are mostly street legal and fun to ride they can handle off road and street riding and the battery lasts a good amount of time. I’ve had mine for a few months and it hasn’t broke down or had any technical problem. It comes with lots of accessories to make your ride safer and more comfortable like a brake light and a front headlight that doubles as a horn. I would definitely recommend a gear bikes if your looking for something comfortable, easy, and great for a daily ride.
