Love the products, love the prices, and the overall aesthetic. If something does go awry, customer service is swift, clear, concise and helpful. Only thing I would love to see is for more of the products that come in plastic containers shift to paper or compostable polymers like glucose. Same with the chip/snack bags instead of plastic/mylar there are alternatives out there that biodegrade in days/weeks

There was a mix up in packaging but customer support responded quickly and was willing to help. This was the first time I've ever had to reach out and I've been ordering from them for years. The products are of high quality and the prices are still reasonable (even with the increases). I love that there's not extra additives or fillers; their cleaning products don't damage the environment. The company is eco conscious and therefore human conscious.

I did not mean to sign up for a Public Goods subscription, so after I was charged, I emailed asking to cancel my subscription and receive a refund. I expected to be met with a response that made it clear part of the company's model is to trick consumers into paying a large amount of money for a subscription service they were not seeking. Instead, Inah Carmella Baguio very kindly and clearly explained to me how Public Goods works, cancelled my membership for me, and helped me get a refund. She was incredibly helpful, and it made me feel that I can trust Public Goods as a company if in the future I have enough money to afford a membership. Thank you, Inah!

I've loved Public Goods for years, but this past experience really set them above. I ordered the Clay Mask for a rental property and it arrived in a Night Moisturizer jar. Product was fine but just labeled incorrectly. I reached out and within minutes I had a replacement on the way! Wasn't even expecting a replacement (they also offered a refund option)- such a wonderful gesture from a wonderful company. Thank you so much!
