Terrible, charged membership fee which i didn't subscribe to and wouldn't refund. already submitted complaints to FTC, attorney general, and will use my lawyer thru my employer to get the money back.

When I said my order hadn't arrived, she immediately checked things out. When she discovered it had left the warehouse but got lost somewhere in between, she asked if I wanted a refund or to reship. I chose the latter and she made it happen immediately.
