I needed to cancel my membership for budgetary reasons. Margot was helpful, sent me confirmations quickly, with kindness and warmth. I was treated like someone who mattered, even upon leaving.

My request was completed in a timely manner exactly as I had requested.

The cancelation and refund was processed 100% to my satisfaction. I didn't want to continue my membership but that does not reflect negatively on Publicgoods products(ramen) that I wanted to try.

I am giving it 3 star because they refunded my money. But I still feel very uncomfortable with the fact that my credit card saw a charge after 2 year no order placed with the company. Service and product was good but I was surprised by a sudden charge after not using company’s service for 2 years. The rep claimed I signed up for 14 day trial (after 2 year of no activity?) and didn’t cancel post 14 day. The rep was able to quickly refund the charge. But I would still like to exercise my right of having the company delete all info about me on file
