Poor papertrail, forgotten items, bad product, and double charged. 1. Called to ask if they had speakers i was interested in, they said yes and to come in, when they actually didn't. 2. was sold an alternative solution, when i got home, there was no powersource for the mixer and the speakers were blown. 3.Brought it all back to return it and was accidentally charged again rather than refunded. thankfully their accountants caught the problem and they called me back the next day to tell me Overall very disappointed in the experience. when i asked for an invoice showing the live return, they said the cc slip was enough. my bad for not seeing it said sale rather than return. When they called i had to ask them to email receipts of the refunds vs them telling me they would be providing it.
