1st order took long time to receive. Inquiries were slow to get responses and they were inaccurate. 2 nd order better. Pricing is on the high side

The site says "ships within 2 days" but it's quite deceiving. After you pay for the order this company has to wait for your order to be shipped TO THEM then its shipped to you within 2 days. 6 days after I paid my order hadn't shipped. They give you an email as the only contact & they respond within 24 hours. I requested to cancel the order 24 hours later they ask why. I answered then 24 hours later they say, would a 20% refund be satisfactory? I respond NO. Another 24 hours later they inform me that my order just shipped so I'm no longer eligible for a refund according to their policy.

The prices are fair, but I do not like that the vails come in a bubble wrap. There has to be a better way of shipping them with the money we pay for these.

Purchased 40 mg Retatrutide from them . Was shipped timely . Since they claim it is us manufactured . I asked what is name of manufacture . They replied ata .. there is an Australian company that manufactures equipment . I asked them to elaborate in a 2 bd email they never responded .. there address is a private home in Paramus nj . Purchased in 2020 when their business started .. the Reta I bought had no effect by the way . I would seriously doubt this business .

I got my first batch and it was easy but for some reason I put an order in for my second batch last Thursday and still no word

I ordered and received Wolverine stack from an easy to understand site which was informative and intuitive to use. Shipping was discrete and everything was safely packed and protected with bubble wrap and undamaged. The only thing I don't like is one bottle (I ordered two 20mg Wolverine stack, plus 2 bottles of reconstitute water) of Wolverine stack has a chalky hard substance on the neck of the bottle and both bottles are sticky. I don't think I trust using anything thats potentially going into my skin sub q or dosed orally that came in a dirty and sticky container. I took a picture and video of it and was considering posting on YouTube and reddit but have been overly busy with work and was not sure if it would be worth it seeing the amount of peptide companies existing now. I would like this corrected but that would involve extra steps in my daily routine outside of my normal business dealings.
