I received an order confirmation, which I responded to with a question...I received an automated out of office reply and there was no follow up on my question. This is not exactly what I was expecting, so my overall rating speaks for itself.

Received a defective product and CS emailed me and said to contact the manufacture that made it to have it covered under warranty. I guess the 30 day money back guarantee means nothing. First time purchase at PruneDanish and most likely my last. "Update, I replied to the email that was sent with pictures of the defective part (their request) and have not received any response after several days. When I see all the 5 star reviews I guess I have to assume I just happen to be really unlucky. The 1 star rating says it all "unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.

Im deeply sorry to hear that you received a defective product.i just sent you an email to set up a return for a replacement or for a refund. we processes THOUSANDS of orders a day! it is therefore inevitable that a mistake cannot occur.
