I like the ease of activating , or not, of system +announcing opening of doors, with one press of a button. service man polite, earnest in getting it right.

Great teamwork by Jordan and his technican, getting the job done promptly and making it seamless. Couldn't be happier with Protection 1!

I feel like I was scammed into changing from my old alarm company. Buyer beware!

The most important Protection 1 is here other company are far away and is hard to contact them .

Looked at a bunch of companies, but found all the features I wanted at Protection 1. Installation was quick and easy, done on time and no mess. My dog has even gotten used to the doorbell sound!

Had vivint for years, protectonic 1 came in and offered me a little better service and equipment. Told me they would inform vivint of the changeover and asked me to notify them also which I did. Vivint said that I have a contract that needed to be paid off. I notified protection one and they said they would check and that they would most likely take care of it. So after a couple weeks that is where I still am, in between two companies, neither seemingly wanting to help. My recommendation is that if you have a company and you are happy, stay with them!

I'm very happy with the ease of our new protection service. Pricing could be better especially for long term customers.
