I thought the mortgage application process went very smoothly for the most part and the fact that I knew Tim Taylor from previous loan applications helped out a lot. I found that numerous requests for additional information after the initial request was a little annoying, but I understand they need the information for loan approval.

From pre-approve to closing, they keep their words with no hidden surprises. What they promise on the pre-approved letter was delivered at closing. In other words they had my back covered.

When my wife and I first started out looking for a house for purchase, our Salesperson Jill (who was extremely helpful) suggested we go with a company named Prospect Mortgage. At first we were apprehensive but went a head with Prospect. Wow, was it the best move of our lives in buying a home. They were so positive in every aspect of escrow that it took some of the stress out of whole usual picture of home buying. They were real go-getters and were always willing to help with any issue that could come up, any issue that may hinder the buying process. My wife and I now enjoy our 3 bed, 2 bath home in Fresno thanks to Prospect Mortgage and their group of positive thinking professionals.
