I didn't understand what the people in office in Illinois was doing with all my information because it seems they was not receiving certain thing I had to resubmit over & over! I almost felt as if I was just not important enough to get the job done!! It seems everyone including my loan officer & realitor was very frustrated with my file due to lack of communication through project mortgage office in Illinois!!!

Our loan officer Ron was a pleasure to work with. He had a genuine and straightforward way of explaining things that made our entire purchase an enjoyable process - especially important as we are first time buyers. Also, he was extremely responsive and followed up with answers to our questions on weekends and off hours. Highly recommended!

Prospect Mortgage succeeded where others had failed. They were able to secure a loan for me in a highly exclusive coop when I believed I was running out of options. Jackson Robert's knowledge of the process helped troubleshoot and circumvent whatever problems arose. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
