Christy Roels was very helpful and made sure we had the correct documents to sign or fax. She went above and beyond to help make the process of our closing to go smoothly. I would recommend Christy Roels and Prospect Mortgage to family and friends.

Dave Nerland is the most honest and trustworthy loan officer I've ever had the pleasure to work with. We have used him 3 times and will continue to use him for all of our mortgage needs. He takes his time explaining anything you don't understand and I feel that he takes care of us as if he is doing his own personal loan. I recommend him to anyone I know with mortgage loan needs.

I have been told by other companies that I could not get refinanced. So I tried four times to do a loan modification but kept getting turned down. Tim Cortazi was a miracle worker and made it happen. He got my interest rate down so now I can afford to keep my home! Thank you
