My kids called and said they read that interest rates were as low as 3.5% and asked me if I thought they should refinance there home. I said, "Do it and if you can get that rate, I want to do it, too." At Prospect Mortgage Talin helped me with all my paperwork. My wife and I are retired and own several income properties so many things had to be verified and things got complicated. Talin was super in guiding me through the "electronic age" of electronic signatures, getting answers to questions, and sending them to the company. Everything was done in two weeks.
