Beware of hidden charges
The report received was okay, but the $18.95 charge which was only supposed to be $1.00 was promptly reversed after a quick live chat session.

Didn't see where it showed accurate records of ownership. I have owned this property for almost 20 years, however it didn't show me as the owner or accurate buy/sell info.
