Shipped quick with good CS
Dress was beautiful and shipped quickly. Customer service was great and made size adjustments on our order before shipping after they called to confirm what we had input on the order form. Only complaint would be at the price of these dresses, it was a bit of a shock to see several of the jewels already loose and start falling off. The dress has only been tried on for alterations. Daughter loves it and will have a great Senior Prom.
Response from Prom Headquarters· May 5, 2023
Thank you for the review. We are very happy to hear that you had a great customer service experience when ordering your dress from the prom headquarters. Couture gowns normally have a heavier price tag and as for the stones that came off, we could have repaired this for you if purchased in our store. We are so pleased to hear that your daughter loves her dress! We appreciate and value your business.
