Hi Julia, Thank you for your review — we’re really sorry to hear that things didn’t go as expected. We’ve just reached out to you via email to help clarify the issue. According to our records, your order from June 24th included only the Montessori Construction Toy – Wooden Tools, and no flashcards were listed. It’s possible they weren’t added to the cart at checkout or were ordered under a different account. If you have any additional info, we’d be more than happy to look into it further — just reply to our email when you can. We’re here to help and truly hope to make this right. 😊 Kind regards, Project Montessori

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback — we’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when something feels incomplete. 😔 Because the Velcro stickers are very lightweight and not packaged for individual sale, we’re unfortunately unable to send them separately. We know that’s not ideal, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve, and we’ve shared it with our team for future consideration. If there’s anything else we can assist with, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Kind regards, Project Montessori

Hi there, We're really sorry to hear this and appreciate your honest feedback. If the item was advertised as wooden and arrived plastic, that's definitely not acceptable. We'd love the chance to make it right — please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can sort this out for you. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention. Kind regards, Project Montessori
