Considering I have not gotten one of the items I ordered. Also when I look at tracking it is coming from CHINA which is not included in the description. I would never have bought it if I had known that. I was looking for quality not cheap.

Hi there, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. If you can provide your order details, we’ll reach out to you directly and do our best to make things right. Kind regards, Project Montessori

It is frustrating when companies offer you discounts or seek reviews before you even get your product and this was another example. The delivery of the item was very slow but in fairness the Customer service team were very good at responding to my chasing and keeping me updated. Product is good they just need to either manage expectations up front better or speed things up.
Response from Projectmontessori· Nov 28, 2025
Hi Chris and Mollie, We’re very sorry to hear about your frustration. Our goal is always to provide timely delivery and a smooth shopping experience. We’ve checked your tracking, and your order was delivered on the same day this review was posted. Our support team was also already in touch and following up with you via email. Kind regards, Project Montessori

I am pretty sure this tree with lights will absolutely keep our two and four year old granddaughters away from the “real” tree, thus causing less stress for their patents. It’s colorful, bright, and the ornaments are easy to attach.

Hi Marcia, Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re thrilled to hear that the tree is bringing fun and keeping your granddaughters engaged. We hope it makes your holiday season a little easier and a lot more joyful! 🎄😊 Kind regards, Project Montessori
