Professional Logo DesignReviews of professionallogodesign.net

Amazing service delivery with topnotch priority service awareness. They are polite, cost effective, very professional and are always exploring the best option to serve their clients. We are impressed with their swiftness and deep knoledge of what client needs at every point in time.

They designed something that resembled a 5 year-olds work, I had to design my own logo after they made several attempts and they ended up stealing my domain without my authorization. They are in bed with name.com whom is also responsible. I reported both parties to ICANN and they suggested filing a lawsuit against both parties! I suggest finding someone else! Now they are claiming that they gave me a refund, which is an outright lie! They did NOT make any attempts to make things right-also a lie.

Absolutely horrible experience. I hired them to create a logo design and website. After several weeks of not understanding anything I said, I implored ai to design a logo for me, which is what I ended up using. First of all, my "3 week" design took 7 weeks. Secondly, they hijacked my domain without my authorization and it has cost me more money to fight them to get it back. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS-FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. They will only cause you more headaches than it is worth! I just tried to contact the owner and was refused any access, called back and was sent to vm, called back again and the line was disconnected. VERY SHADY COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My man Jason has taking care of me good work and communication to what I needed

NOT A COMPANY I WOULD WORK WITH!!! I chose not to work with them for these reasons!!!They have some contract that appeared to be not a real contract, and made up individually for each person. When the attorney reviewed it, he immediately said this company was not real.. When speaking with the Sales Person Rep Xavier, he had a VERY smart mouth and displayed an unprofessional attitude especially when I spoke to hm about the Lawyers opinion of the contract. Xaviers response was to tell the Lawyer to call him as he got it from Chat GPT..There are NO Google Reviews, they are not a BBB Company and they have NO real Location or Office! I did not feel confident that there could be any recourse when the property that they say is their office shows a picture of a home., or when that best way to pay the cost for the Website was Zelle. When calling the corporate office the phone number was disconnected. When doing the due diligence on this company Google showed the company’s office was temporarily closed! Furthermore they gave me a website to review that another company gave me the some one, so which company did the website? This might be what happens when you look at $150 to do a website!!! Nothing adds up!! As a Business Owner there are many companies in this space, and we chose another company with a “Real Contract”, a Real office that is not in a home, and with people whom have a professional business procedures and business acumen. Stay away from this company!!

After perusing the website I decided to give them a call. Spoke with Ethan and I was totaly impress with his service. He was very accommodating and knowledgable about the service provided and willing to assist me and offer suggestions based on our discussion before refering me to a designer. I was happy he took my call because he made it so simple. I was assigned Logan Thomas as my designer and the professionalism continued it was a pleasure working with him and throughout my indecisiveness he was always professional, pleasant, curtious, and always willing to make the necessary adjustments admist my constant changes.. Thank you Logan and by extension Ethan, a job well done.
