This is my first step into DTF printing, and Procolored were there to help in making my decision on what printer suited me best...even though i had not bought anything yet. The Sales team are fantastic, and help to answer any questions or queries that I had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to get into the business.

Bought my K13 Lite bundle with smokeless oven last September and I’m extremely satisfied with the performance. Colors came out great! Experienced a slight issue with the Ink Button and Paper Task Indicator lights flashing and had to connect with their tech support who were able to assist me immediately and remotely resolve the issue with ease and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I bought the Procolored P13. Unfortunately, I had problems installing the driver, so I contacted support. I'm thrilled! All the problems were solved perfectly and very professionally. A very competent team. Thanks again!

Excellent équipement, service technique extrêmement rapide et compétent, que puis-je dire de plus. Après un mois d'utilisation, mon chariot est resté coincé, et en moins de 30 minutes le service technique avait résolu le problème. De nos jours, il est rare d'avoir à la fois la qualité du produit et un suivi après-vente. Bravo, je le recommande vivement.
