Always very helpful and straight forward. Interactions are quick and always get me where I need to be.

I really love this service, it makes managing my Endometriosis more affordable and is often times quicker than dealing with in-person doctors and insurance. My only complaint is that the auto-ship doesn't adjust for when you select you are skipping your periods so I have to manually order them early to get them in time.

Project Ruby are awesome. The staff there are always so kind over the phone, whether my issue be related to birth control, shipping, or billing. Hold times have always been under 20 minutes when I do need to call about something. Project Ruby has simplified my life and given me peace of mind, and I get the added bonus of knowing I'm helping somebody else with their needs at the same time.

Good overall service

I hate asking doctors if I can have birth control and having my job determine my health insurance which determines whether or not I get birth control. This way I'm in control.
