Love Jack’s professional service. He went above and beyond to serve you and yet he is so patient and nice to you the whole time. Hard to find someone like him nowadays. Definitely a great asset to the company. Best travel consultant ever. I will keep him as my personal travel consultant for all my travel needs. Thanks, Jack!

Paul was very helpful in getting me flights that worked for us. He was persistent and tried different airlines and dates to get me the perfect booking. He put considerable effort into this booking.

Customer service was excellent. Just did not like the travel insurance discrepancies after it was purchased. I was told that the airfare would be monitored and checked daily to honor the lower rate if it occurred. The 24hr window was not discussed/provided.
