The booking process was quick and easy
The booking process was quick and easy. I was able to schedule my appointment online and check in from my phone when I arrived at the lab site. I highly recommend!

Bodybuilding
I have been using private MD labs for a couple years now. It is the only company that I will ever use. Exceptional staff and great prices. Highly recommend the bodybuilding panel!!

I went in to get blood work done
I went in to get blood work done, and I had two panels purchased with different scheduled dates for each one. When I was sitting in the chair, I asked if they were doing the correct test just to be safe. They assured me they were running the correct lab. Well they ran the wrong lab wasting my money. When I contacted them by the number on their website to tell them of the mix up I have not got any response back. The customer service is lacking, and their attention to detail is lacking as well. Each lab that I purchased had a scheduled date for each one, and they ignored them. Maybe this review will get a response from them, because they are seriously lacking right now. *UPDATE*: The company contacted me and reviewed the mistakes that were made, and gave me a complete refund. Their customer service is top notch. I will be using their services again. I’m updating my review to a 5 star, as a result of their speedy and professional customer service.
