The program is thorough! The overviews and quick notes were quite helpful. The test could be a bit more aligned with the IAPP test, however despite not being spot on, they were still helpful. I PASSED!!!

The information is thorough and easy to understand. However, I think occasional videos or more interactive quizzes would be beneficial to retain the information. Also, if there was a way to listen to the information, that would be extremely helpful as well.

Hi Kate - Thank you for the kind words, and we appreciate the feedback. We model our practice tests and quizzes off of the same format used by the IAPP on the actual exam. We are also in the process of making full text-to-speech available as a product feature. We hope you enjoy that feature when you study for your next IAPP certification exam!

Passed the CIPPE exam with ease because of this course. The only downside is that practice exams aren’t like real thing, and the latest exam updates were captured very well.

It would be good if the modules can be heard and not just read.

Thank you, James. We appreciate the feedback. We already have plans in the works to have full audio transcriptions for all of our courses available by the end of Q1 2025.

Overall, it was helpful and worth what I paid. The most important thing it did for me was give me structure and understanding of the amount of information that was tested on and let me pace myself as needed. Some areas I thought could better help me learn the information was the format. I thought it would have been better to split up the 2nd section that had the bulk of the testing material in it. I also thought that providing hypotheticals or examples of some of the concepts would have made it easier to learn. I found myself doing research on the side trying to understand quite a few concepts, eg what such and such enforcement action actually looks like. There were also times where British terms seemed to be used, like i think "enquire" was used which I've only ever seen "inquire" in my 40 years of life. Other random specific feedback: "Covered entity" was used in some questioning where it didn't state covered under which statute. Also, there were times where I wasn't sure what was meant by the term "administrative" like DC court of appeals deals with administrative rulemakings.
