PrismReviews of prismnodes.com

This hosting service has been the best I’ve used so far, outperforming four other providers in both performance and uptime. In the past two months, I’ve experienced less than six hours of total downtime, which is exceptional for a shared hosting environment. Support responses are impressively fast even a low priority ticket I submitted was resolved in under 15 minutes. While the base pricing is slightly higher, the frequent discount codes available through their Discord make it very affordable. I’ve also seen a few negative one-star reviews that appear to be fake. Based on my experience, Prism Nodes delivers reliable, high-quality service and consistently strong customer support.

it was my mistake mostly, i have accidently cancelled my service because i was presumed it was about cancelling the repayement, not the entire thing, but i have to say the way the customer service has handled it was extremely unprofessional. i opened a ticket the day my service got cancelled, and i asked if i could get it reinstated, which they told me they could but the world would be deleted. okay, not a problem, after i replied to the ticket, they took a whole day, after which i replied again and theyve put me on hold. i think i waited for about 3? 4 days, then i submitted another reply, asking if i couldnt get it reinstated, could i get a refund instead because id rather not wait long. they told me that if i want my server back i'd have to pay for it again. like i've said, it was my fault for cancelling the service, but customer support was extremely unprofessional to tell me i could get it back, then take a whole week, only to then tell me that they wouldnt reinstate it

Amazing support team, comes in clutch when you need it most. Have a dedicated machine with them for the past 6+ months and have recieved amazing support! Will be staying on as a client!

Server and panel were having connection issues for several days due to a Ddos. Management blamed it on a massive Ddos that affected half the internet. Not true because my old server host that's in the same location as them didn't experience any issues. Support is very slow to answer. Moreover, they're not friendly. Update: I refuse to give them my personal information for obvious reasons.

The customer support is genuinly horrible. Expect a 1 week response time if you're lucky.

The support staff is incredible, the panel is great, and they don't skimp out on costs - they just provide good hosting and pricing that fits their value. 10/10

I would rate lower, but zero stars isn't possible. TLDR: They have terrible service, made bad excuses. And when i tried to get a refund for the terrible service and rude employees. I was denied. Literal scam artists. DO NO USE PRISM NODES Watch them try to pin the blame on me. because it's never their fault (it completely is) PS: the 5 star review with the same name is NOT me. It is an imposter. Probably someone they paid Edit: no, it was taken down cuz I accidentally left in something I meant to delete which was telling people to go to a different service provider. Also, I've shown all the messages and interactions I've had with your company and employees, and every single one of them have agreed that you guys are in the wrong. Trust me. If it was worth my time and effort, I would honestly have taken you idiots to court.

I have used PrismNodes for many months now to host my Minecraft server known as Ari SMP Season 4, and I have to say they have been fantastic. When I first started thinking about hosting, I was pretty anxious about hosting a Minecraft server. However, these fellas are doing it right! Each time I submitted a ticket, I received a response no later than 3-5 minutes later, which is exponentially better than Pebble's. I also found my server incredibly stable. I had concerns since my players are spending man hours building, and I didn't want to have a shutdown or crash! I thought there was a period early on that something was weird with the server, but it turned out it was running perfect! I have had no issues with uptime. The website and control panel work well, and I am always able to access everything at a moment's notice. There was maybe one brief time I was worried that their site was down, but by that time I had a few viewers on Twitch waiting to connect into their first Minecraft server, and it was back up before I could even countdown to the launch. Their website has not gone down since. The ticket system is great. I can make support tickets with no issues and they document everything well. I have never had any issues with duplicate tickets or something not being documented. My entire Minecraft SMP community is enamored with the performance of the server. No lag complaints, great connection quality, and certainly everyone has said it feels very responsive in-game. With a modded server, that remains very important, because they can get resource heavy. Overall, PrismNodes has made running my server way easier than I imagined possible. Good prices, reliable service, and really helpful support staff. Huge thanks to Ben Zhao who helped me out multiple times and always knew exactly what to do. I would absolutely use PrismNodes again for future seasons and would recommend them to other server owners!
