The directions were easy to follow. The scheduling with Quest was quick and easy. I appreciate the discretion as well. I just don't like paying $200+ for a 10 panel, but whatever.

I pre paid 270$ worth of tests. The check in/testing/checkout was quick and impersonal, and that's absolutely fine. I was told there was a shortage of urine cups so the urine test couldn't be performed. I was told someone was going to call me and let me know when the cups where back in the lab for continue the rest of the testing. This was Friday, it's Wednesday and I find it odd no one called me yet. So I tried to call the actual lab phone number ( not the 1800). It's all automated voice, and non of the 4-5 options are having you talk to a real person, and none of the option allow you to understand if you can go in or not. Actually several times you are reminded no walk ins. This is how I will it's going to go: today I'll show up at the lab and ta-daan sure they have the cups but no one was going to call me for that. This could be managed much more professionally.

The site is nicely laid out and the process straight forward and fast. I'm giving 4 stars because I feel they should have had a notification on their site for the national outage of collection containers. After I was turned away at the testing center, a quick google identified this as a significant national and regional problem. They did though offer a complete refund.

Thank you for reaching out to us. According to our account representative with Quest, approximately 10% of all PSCs nationwide had been impacted by the APTIMA tube shortage. The rest of the PSCs still carry them in stock. We were assured that the remaining PSCs were able to re-order supplies early last week. We are not notified of which facilities are affected, or else we would direct our patients elsewhere. Unfortunately it looks like you ended up at a testing center that hadn't received their shipment yet. We're glad that we were able to rectify the issue in offering you a credit for testing. I went in as a walk in, but only waited 30 minutes before I was called in. I had expected to wait an hour or hour and a half for going in as a walk in. Called in to the back and drew blood and collected a urine sample. Overall experience was good. I was out of there in less than an hour.
